Clarissa Anderson is the Manager of Course Development at OU Education Services, a not-for-profit organization that partners with the University of Oklahoma. She leads a team that reviews online courses for quality assurance, conducts course and program benchmarking research, and creates storyboards for course overview videos, among other projects. She serves as Co-chair of the Accessibility Subcommittee in Oklahoma's Council of Online Learning Excellence (COLE). Clarissa received a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism New Media from Baylor University and a Master of Science in Learning Design and Technology from George Mason University. Her professional passions include accessibility, usability, and online literacy.
