Developing Custom Workflows for Course Development & Migration
I have experience developing custom templates, workflows, and procedures for major course migration projects, such as:

Migration, reformatting, and editing of 77 online courses from OU College of Professional and Continuing Studies to College of Arts & Sciences

Migration and revision of EMBA program courses to a new course template
These projects typically involve many stakeholders, from program directors to instructional designers to faculty.


Detailed, Complex Project Management
The pictured spreadsheet was the tracking method I used to keep track of a complex 77-course migration project before the courses were able to be added into the project management system. This tracking spreadsheet had to account for a wide breadth of information about each course. It was necessitated due to not having subject matter experts available to collaborate with during the course migration.
